The service

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information where required, and keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your account.

Content you upload

You retain rights to the text, images, and other materials you add to your projects. You confirm you have the rights needed to use that content. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

Themes and purchases

Paid themes and checkout flows are described at the point of purchase. Fees, taxes, and refund rules (if any) will be presented clearly before you confirm payment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse InviteVibes — for example, by attempting to break security, overload systems, scrape other users' data without permission, or use the service to harass others.

The service is provided "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, InviteVibes is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
