By creating an account or using InviteVibes, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
InviteVibes provides a software platform to create, customise, deploy, and host digital wedding invitation websites. Features include curated themes, a content editor, live preview, RSVP tools, media uploads, and optional AI-assisted import from existing invitation materials. We may update or improve features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Theme purchases
- Themes are sold as a one-time purchase per project, starting from ₹1,499 (GST included as shown at checkout).
- Each paid project is tied to the theme selected at checkout. Theme changes after payment are not supported for that project.
- Your purchase includes hosting for that invitation until your wedding day, unlimited edits, and redeploys, as described at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to applicable payment provider terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of text, images, videos, and other materials you upload. You confirm you have the rights to use and publish that content. You grant InviteVibes a limited licence to host, display, and process your content solely to operate the service (preview, deploy, RSVP collection).
You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, harmful, or violates others' privacy.
Published invitations
When you deploy, your invitation becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the URL you share. You control what information appears on your site. Guest RSVP submissions are collected on your behalf and made available in your dashboard.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to breach security or access other users' accounts or data
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal activity
- Overload or disrupt our systems
- Reverse-engineer or resell the platform except as expressly permitted
Intellectual property
InviteVibes themes, software, branding, and documentation remain our property or our licensors'. Your purchase grants you a licence to use the selected theme for your wedding invitation project as intended by the product.
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable hosting but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify the service, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. InviteVibes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a theme purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends; published sites may be taken offline.
