Follow this complete path from picking your theme and customizing your details for free, to publishing your live website and tracking RSVPs. You can return here anytime from your profile menu.

  1. Create your account

    Sign up free, then access your dashboard — your home for every wedding website you build.

    • Use an active email address — your publish notifications, order receipts, and live links are sent there.
    • Your dashboard lists all your wedding projects, draft status, and quick actions.

  2. Browse & pick a theme

    Compare designer wedding templates with live mobile and desktop previews, then select your favorite.

    • Tap any theme to preview cinematic video entry gates, scratch-to-reveal dates, and color schemes.
    • Need something bespoke? Choose Custom invitation to share your moodboard and references with our studio.
    • Select a theme to start creating — building and customizing your draft is 100% free with no upfront payment.

  3. Quick setup & personalized URL

    Enter couple names and choose your personalized wedding link (e.g. yournames.invitevibes.in).

    • Your personalized web URL is instantly reserved for your wedding invitation.
    • You can easily edit couple names, partner order, and wedding dates anytime in the editor.
    • Draft setup is instant and completely free — you only pay at the end when ready to publish live.

  4. Import your invitation (optional AI)

    Upload card photos/PDFs, paste WhatsApp invitation text, or skip and fill everything manually.

    • Tap "Do the Magic" to let AI automatically extract couple names, event dates, ceremony timings, and venue details.
    • You can combine uploaded invitation card images with pasted WhatsApp text for maximum accuracy.
    • Prefer to start from a blank canvas? Tap "Skip — I'll fill manually" to head straight into the editor.
    • AI extraction gives you a pre-filled draft — you can freely modify and customize every single field afterwards.

  5. Customize in the Live Editor

    Fill in your wedding details — couple story, multi-event schedules, venue maps, RSVP, and photo galleries.

    Need to update a time, change a venue note, or add new photos? Edit and republish anytime for free.

    • Make edits in the form editor, save, and tap "Republish" — your live site updates in minutes.
    • Your public website link never changes when republishing, so already shared links stay valid.
